My husband and I did facials Friday morning at 9:00am. The receptionist a the front desk was very nice and professional. Rosa that took me on the tour of the women's spa spoke horrible English. Worse yet, when I asked her to repeat herself she got agitated with me. I figured it out on my own. Next was my aestheticism, just terrible in fact I received the worse facial of my life. My wife, Christy, and I have stayed at The Grove Park Inn more than half a dozen times, but we had never experienced the Club Level floor—we had no idea what an incredible stay awaited us. This place is extremely perfect for everything, I had awesome full service and nuru massage with Linda (769) 287 2311. All I did was that I texted her for appointment and she explained the process to get manager approval because they do not take walk ins anymore, The process is very good and secure. I did it and got approved then went there at my appointment time and had good session without rushing. Highly recommend.
