I've been with this Practice a few months now, overall service has been good with a few minor blips ( hence minus one star. )
Reception staff rude and very sloppy in answering questions. Very unpleasant atmosphere, seeing a doctor is very difficult.
Very unprofessional and immature staff hanging up on me when I finally got through just because it was 5 minutes until their lunch break. Terrible way of conducting yourself.
So I made an appointment in person this morning with the receptionist who wrote my appointment on a card. I get there in time for said appointment only to be told it's not on the system and they don't no what's happened but they can offer me another appointment for Monday...sorry but I already booked the appointment for today and I'm here. Eventually someone who had waited ages gave up their appointment so I was given that one..Then you get into see the doctor and she's got someone else's medical history on the screen not mi... read more
