Amazing atmosphere and great people! This doesn't feel just a gym but a community that lifts each other up. I have been to so many gyms in the past 15 years but never found one like this where I have actually enjoyed my workouts and where it has made such a big difference. Great value to money, the best one in Manchester. The best part of this is AJ! If I could rate 10 stars, I would! 10/10 recommended.
The Olympus Projects is the best gym in Manchester if you’re looking for expert coaching, inclusive training, and real results. I have Nail Patella Syndrome (which makes strength training very difficult), but AJ is incredibly resourceful and always adapts exercises to protect my knees. Training with Aj & the team has been an all round excellent experience. They took the time to teach me the fundamentals in a gym that genuinely feels like a safe space. AJ helped me change the way I viewed exercise completely. Couldn’t recommend them more!
