Andy Brown and the Olmstead team did an excellent job helping us find our home. They were knowledgeable about the area, the communities, the real estate business, and had contacts to help us through the closing process. This team is a winner! We would do businees with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
My experience with the Olmstead Team was Excellent. I had my house inspected and fixed issues with roofing, electrical and termites, before I even contacted the Team. They came up with several cost effective ways of improving my home and making it more sellable in the current market. The Olmstead team as a whole was outstanding to work with. They were attentive, kind, patient, and hard-working. My husband and I could tell they really cared about us and our wants/needs in a home for our family. They counseled us when asked, got us into view any house we asked for, and never felt forced into purchasing anything. We were recommended the Olmstead team by my husband’s parents, and would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing in the Phoenix valley!
We contacted Bill Olmstead in August 2023 with a vague notion of wanting to upgrade to a new home.
