I came to The Olivet on labor day weekend, the service by Jason was exceptional and the food was delicious I had an amazing time.
We were here Friday for my wife’s birthday, and it was a disaster from the moment we sat down. The dining room was only half full at 7 PM, yet the service moved at a pace I’d expect from a place overwhelmed and understaffed — not one that was barely busy. 18 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. 21 more minutes for drinks. Appetizers arriving 7 minutes before the entrées. No offer of another drink. No offer of coffee. Food was amazing!
This is our second stay at The Swiftwater. We sat at the bar for dinner. Our bartender, Stephen, was very engaging and attentive. Our dinner was amazing! I cannot say enough about the amazing meals that Chef Roberto and Chef Rovi were able to construct and put in front of us!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
After a relaxing night at The Swiftwater Hotel, we started our morning with a delicious breakfast. 🥩 Smoked salmon with poached eggs, steak and eggs with seasoned potatoes, plus a mimosa and cranberry juice. 🥂 A perfect ending to our overnight getaway.
