We signed up and paid for the educational talk they have and it was well done. If was relaxed, informative,and fun. Not only did we learn a lot we enjoyed it. The owners then spent time with our group answering all of our questions and even walking around the farm pointing out the things we were asking about. We never felt rushed and ended up going home with 2 olive trees to plant, 2 bags of mushroom compost which we plan to use to grow mushrooms, a bottle of olive oil and a vinaigrette, and a bar of soap. An olive grove in brooksville! How cool! They do eggs artwork workshops cool airbnbs and are a loving generational farm that does heritage and regenerative ag. Big up!! All glory goes to HIM. Please support their efforts. They are rocking out there!

I usually don’t write reviews but I just love this place! They had a mushroom class on growing mushrooms that I went to today. Ryan is very knowledgeable about mushrooms and growing them. It’s was awesome! I learned a lot of things about mushrooms that I never knew. They had mushroom pizza and lots of teas to try and deserts. They had live entertainment. We made a mushroom tincture we got to take home with us. All of that for only 20$. They have lots of olive trees for sale so I had to get one of those also. Very good price ... read more
