I had an appointment for my 1.5-month-old baby and arrived 10 minutes early, yet we have been waiting over 45 minutes to be seen. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional no basic manners or sense of empathy especially considering I had a newborn with me. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. The delay might have been understandable if communicated properly but the attitude at the front desk made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Very poor service overall.
Worst practice in Bolton I don’t know how they still open, changing surgery asap. They are a joke

a joke the gp's are awful they have no idea what to do and the staff dont send your prescriptions out most of the time because they are incapable what a joke need a good doctors but there is no such thing these days far to many doctors like this
