I had a vehicle that didn't run and a lugnut that would not come off. Zack, the owner, said he would come get the vehicle and fix it. After stopping in to the shop, and several messages later, I never got a response or a call back. I even asked for a response if he didn't want to bother with it. My calls were never responded to! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE here in the Lewisburg, Ohio area! 3 1/2 weeks later, Still no response! All the other reviews give 5 stars, leading me to believe they discriminate! I had an issue with my coolant leaking with my car. Wasn’t sure if I would be able to drive it or not. I live 20 minutes north of Dayton and found myself stuck in Eaton which is 50 minutes from my house. My options were to tow it to make sure I didn’t cause further damage or see if an experienced mechanic could come out and take a look. Zach was there within 20 minutes. Couldn’t be more happy with how Zach helped with my situation.
