Worst experience ever . Said they would Come back to fix an appliance they said they already fixed and never returned . Never replied back to me. Extremely unprofessional go somewhere else .

I read all the bad views but I gave this place a chance to prove me wrong, but it’s sad that all the bad comments about this place is very true. He called me to let me know that he was very busy and he wasn’t going to fix my washer I was very understanding and I told him it was okay. This company has the worse customer service ever next to Walmart. I called them to have an appliance picked up. They gave me a pickup date and time and never showed up not even a call from them. Next day I had to call them and ask what happened. Told them no one showed up and no one called me. The guy told me he tried to get ahold of his employees but couldn't.
