We stopped in for a lunch on January 2nd and had a really great experience. Our server, Matty, was fantastic! He is super friendly, attentive, and very patient. We ordered plenty of drinks and appetizers, and most of us went with the ravioli and chicken parmigiana, all of which were delicious. For a crowded few days skiing in Whistler as a family this place was a godsend. There is ample seating (but also really high demand at rush times which we avoided). The menu is pretty formulaic/low cognitive load for parents trying to make quick decisions and get back to the slopes. We enjoyed our food, enjoyed the comfortable environment during our breaks, and appreciated the friendly and attentive staff. The Old Spaghetti Factory is a solid family friendly venue in a busy location.
