I was in Indianapolis on other business. ANY TIME I can, I'll get carry out from Old Spaghetti Factory! Even if the food gets cold on the drive home, a few seconds in the microwave and it's wonderful! Worth the trip!
I just want to say that Michelle and Caitlyn at the Carmel location always go above and beyond their service. They always accommodate our needs rather it be the food or the seating location. I would recommend the Carmel location to anyone. A big thank you to all the staff that works here also.
I had a very different experience and wanted to share some perspective. I had called regarding catering information for an upcoming event, and the manager, Michelle, was very helpful and clear about the process. She invited me to come in and go over details in person, while also explaining that depending on how busy things were, there may be a wait or she would do her best to help when available.
