This place is so closed it's not even open. Great parking for a day hike on the Appalachian Trail but garbage if your looking for food or lodging.
Just announced that Maryland DNR is the new owner of Old South Mountain Inn..... it will become a Maryland Parks HQ or tourism site... no longer a restaurant
We always loved the restaurant but I believe they have closed. Both phone numbers have been disconnected. I hope it will reopen.
