We attended a wedding reception today and it was absolutely beautiful! It was very easy to find, lots of parking and the whole appearance was super cute! The barn was very welcoming and I loved all the decorations and theme! Very clean, open and lots of opportunities for cute wedding ideas! Had a super cute wedding suite upstairs to get ready. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at The Old Rugged Barn! Dorothy was fantastic to work with. She was our wedding coordinator and helped us plan and execute our wedding perfectly. We had a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The cocktail hour was in the smaller barn and the wedding reception was in the machine shed ( event center). Each location was perfect. I highly recommend this place for a wedding.
Lovely rustic farm with a barn for dancing/dinner and separate reception building. Not having a bathroom in the barn wasn't the greatest though, but it wasn't bad.
We worked an event here as videographers, and we really appreciated Dorothy and the venue's assistance and friendliness. The venue itself is absolutely stunning (and I'm a little biased towards the amazing birds flying around). Certainly recommend the Old Rugged Barn as a location!
