If I can give this a zero minus I would. The Veterinarian on the old road is a place that stresses out your animals by making them wait in a cage before they get to them. And because they’re in a cage and they have to wait for procedure then they want to sedate them which is so unnecessary if they did this procedure when you made the appointment. your pet would not be stressed. I would not need any kind of sedation. I would definitely avoid this place at all costs.
Felt good with the care received
The woman I spoke with at the front desk couldn't be bothered to help me. All I asked for was advice for getting my very scared dog in the car so we could make it to the vet. I had to ask to speak to someone else after she said "there's nothing I recommend sorry". That's not acceptable. I spoke with a tech who gave me several suggestions however the tech was also condescending. I don't think these people care.
