This coffee shop always feels homey, local, and easy going. Everything is homemade and the coffee is delicious. I love coming here on a warm summer day or settle in during the winter. I highly recommend checking out Old Oak Coffeehouse!
Lady behind the counter (maybe the owner) is extremely unpleasant. Encountered her a number of times of times and so rude and unpleasant. Not welcoming. Pity as Niwot generally a great town.
I was using the bathroom and an older lady with an old oak coffeehouse shirt on (she worked there) came out of a stall and left without washing her hands…
Somehow never processed our order, and I had to tell them the whole order again. When they finally made our order, they neglected to mention it was ready despite my family of 5 sitting right outside the kitchen clearly visible to them. Worst service I’ve seen in awhile.
