The Old Kirby Place is one of those places you replay over and over in your mind. Our family made some wonderful core memories here. Between the beautiful weather, amazing kitchen and family room, plentiful amenities, and picturesque scenery, it was the perfect setting to relax and reconnect. We especially enjoyed the great fishing, walking trails, and glimpses of local wildlife. It’s truly a place to unwind, unplug, and enjoy time together. We would highly recommend a stay here.
Loved this rustic getaway. Beautiful settings, great history and so many wonderful activities just minutes away. Came with a group of several couples and had so much room with the main cabin and smaller cabins. The Caddis Shack was a lovely spot for cocktail hour right on The Madison. Great place to unwind! The best part? The wonderful owners and their hospitality.
We spent 5 days at Old Kirby Place and loved every minute! Beautiful views, cozy accommodations, great fishing and wonderful hosts!
What a magical place! Everything you need is here. We had happy hour in the Caddis Shack, dinner in the main cabin was full of great food and stories. The atmosphere makes you feel the history of the cabins. The location was perfect. Right on the Madison River guests walked into the river to fish and float! Highly recommended for small weddings or a gathering of friends and family.
Had an amazing time at the OKP with friends and family last week! So relaxing and peaceful, it’s hard to leave the property. However, when you do venture out, there is so much to see and do for couples, families and adventure seekers! 100% recommend the OKP for your Montana retreat.
