A great place to get some good breakfast food with excellent service. A little pricey, but the experience is worth it. I ordered the European Breakfast with 2 over-easy eggs, 2 slices of bacon, and a substitution of 2 Buttermilk Hot Cakes, and it was the best meal I have had in a while as a college student. The whole place feels like a warm hug.
We reserved part of the banquet room for a large reservation. Leading up to the date of the reservation, the management was communicative and even put together a limited menu. On the reservation day, following the meal, I was informed at the receipt of the bill that they would not divide the check more than 3 ways. This was a shock to both myself and my guests, as we had not prepared accordingly. Review of Pullman restaurant: I am 80 years old and it is only second time I have declined to tip. The waitress and the manager were both abrasive and passive-agressive: she forgot to include my request for we’ll-done hash- browns. When arrived barely cooked, her tesponse to have them made correctly was: “we cannot do it now”. The manager response to my complaint was: “II will let her know” - no apology, no responsibility.
Our server was a diamond in the ruff. There is hope for customer service! First time here and the food was amazing. It felt and looked home made with authentic delicious flavors. Thank you Thank you Thank you to our server Candy S. Keep up the amazing job!
Absolutely amazing! My son and I highly enjoyed our meals! He had 3 HUGE chocolate chip pancakes, 2 eggs, 4 perfect bacon, I had a rueben with hashbrowns. The kindest waitress and nice atmosphere made our goodbye meal excellent! Candy was so kind and spent some time chatting with us, it's clear she loves her place
