Never left a review for a GP but this is the best experience I had on the NHS with a GP. Prompt and friendly replies and staff that actually care about you and take time to listen. I’ve called about two issues that other GPs in the past have not taken seriously and was promptly referred to specialists. Unhelpful receptionists. I feel sorry for ill people. The practice is going downhill.
Efficient and extremely friendly practice my medical issue was dealt with within 48 hours by telephone and immediately followed by a face to face appointment.
The receptionist Diamond is disgracefully rude shouldn’t have to deal with such attitude when coming to a medical appointments. - takes months to see a doctor via the online system. Keep having my call pushed back and then it simply never happens. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from Rose Mary Leonard. Repeatedly interrupted and dismissed factual information, including insisting that all women have a hymen — which is medically inaccurate. Responses to questions were hostile and condescending. I think this is a really good surgery and don't know why they have so many poor reviews. It's a nice facility and the doctors seem to know a lot about women's health in particular
