I’m a planner/coordinator with 10yrs of experience and I was hired to just Officiate & MC for a bilingual wedding. The venue had a coordinator so my couple didn’t hire me for that and trusted their in house coordinator. It was Maddie who was unpleasant and unprofessional. As the MC I needed to follow her cue…it’s her job to tell me when to make announcements, when the couple is ready for the next activity etc. Maddie disregarded me and only communicated with the in house vendors.
