WOW! What can I say?? I had a terrible experience with a landlord to the point I had to retain an attorney. Not only did he understand where my frustration was coming from, John “grabbed the bull by the horns” and took over and told me not to do anything more. A few weeks later, the results speak for themselves and I am very happy with the results. Thank thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend for landlord-tenant disputes.
I called I was very nice and cut straight to the point so I wouldn’t waste there time. They say ok yeah I’m sooo sos sorry, ok we will consult with you it’s $150 that ok? They come up as number one on google when I search contingency lawyers who work off that way. I told her I don’t have any money and that’s not their problem, but I asked for a referral and she said no don’t have one. That’s untasteful. I wouldn’t pay them my money.
