Visit the O’Keeffe Welcome Center, gateway to the Georgia O’Keeffe Home and Studio Tour and the spectacular Rio Chama valley. Find us in Abiquiú, 45 miles northwest of Santa Fe. The Georgia O’Keeffe Home and Studio is accessible only by advance-reservation tours, which run Tuesday through Saturday from the first week of March until the third week of November.

We went out of our way to drive here (from CA, then CO) and there was a sign outside stating the center was closed for a private event.
This was a great tour, small size and very informative. We got to tour her home and gardens, the guide was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions. We enjoyed this tour as much as the museum, much different information. Worth the money.

Really disappointing experience. We came all the way from Italy and had chosen this museum as a special stop during our trip to New Mexico. Unfortunately, the reception was terrible. The brunette girl at the front desk was extremely inflexible and rude, denying us entry without giving adequate explanations and showing no willingness to offer alternative solutions.
