There is an old saying that “the fish rots from the head.“ With The Okay Cool Group this could not be more true. Its a shame to see such prime real estate in Bozeman being severely mismanaged.
Eat literally anywhere else. Atrocious management, terrible food quality, and overall distasteful experience. Each of the establishments okaycool “runs” are overpriced and Applebee’s quality. I’ve never seen any place so inconsistent with such employee turnover. Flat out gross.
Had a very disrespectful experience. Horrible customer service, will never go to any of their restaurants. Avoid el Camino, happy box, copper, litty warren, and brigade.
