Fast and friendly. I will use again
Changed our oil and serviced the transmission. Didn't get the drain plug tight and a couple weeks later, the plug came out, oil drained out, and our 2021 gmc engine siezed. Refuses to fix it and has our truck sitting in his parking lot with a bad engine. May be great handling small jobs, but ignores the big ones. Scottie Kirk won't even answer our phone calls.
They have excellent customer service and have always taken good care of me. I had a van that leaked oil in 2021 and the owner would have me drop by to top it off, just so I was safer driving around. I have a nice car now and will always come back because of his kindness.
The owner Scottie was very kind and personable! The oil change process was quick and easy. Great service!
