I wish I could give this zero stars. The scheduling is awful. I have never, in my life, been treated so terribly by a scheduling department. Lied to me: They told me I could not combine appointments because of billing. I work in healthcare, so I was intrigued - how is this the case? Turns out it wasn't. After an hour and a half dealing with it, my appointment was cleared up. No billing issues. Confused my appointment: I made an appointment for my husband on Thursday. The scheduler told me Thursday on the phone several times.... read more
