Terrible experience they will tell you all the wrong info and not help you one bit. They seem nice on the phone but they don’t care they keep important information from you until you it’s too late and there is nothing you can do about it.
I have tried to work with people in this department for a year now with my daughter. Other reviews on here are very accurate with them not willing to listen or help with any issues. She has lived at home for an entire semester and we STILL had to pay. Now they want her to live on campus and pay again next year even though she is NOT living there!
