OSU East is requiring you to wait in line and scan your photo id to pick up your meds, feels like a HIPAA violation, go somewhere else. OSU Wexner is the worst healthcare system in the city, and every aspect keeps getting worse, they've now made even picking up your script as much as a chore and invasion of privacy as possible.
They were able to fill a prescription for me that CVS wasn't able to fill. It also was also $135 cheaper than CVS. They filled it same day. Checkout was fast. The location is 5 minutes from my house. What's not to like about all that?
