Dr. Mako's office said that I needed an iron infusion as I'm not absorbing an elemental iron supplement. Yet they would not, after 3 weeks, put in an order correctly. They would fax incomplete orders, orders without instruction, orders without the correct form of iron, orders without correct dosage, and orders in the wrong format so the receiving facilities (tried two different ones) could not understand the fax. I was born in this building in 1949. My mother was an OSU nurse who later became one of the 1st nurse practitioners in Ohio. My wife passed from colon cancer in 2012. Someday I will return for a visit.
