Dr. Pootrakul and my nurse Katherine were excellent. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable, explained everything to me. Was very pleased with the outcome. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The scheduler was friendly and energetic. Thank you! You made my experience there a great one even though I was there for a scary medical issue.
I wish I could give this zero stars. The scheduling is awful. I have never, in my life, been treated so terribly by a scheduling department. Lied to me: They told me I could not combine appointments because of billing. I work in healthcare, so I was intrigued - how is this the case? Turns out it wasn't. After an hour and a half dealing with it, my appointment was cleared up. No billing issues. Confused my appointment: I made an appointment for my husband on Thursday. Called to make an initial appointment with Dermatology. Gave up after 26 min on hold. Guess I'll try a private practice, where maybe they will pick up the phone.
