This place is amazing. The level of care is unmatched, the therapists Ben Carrie and Talya are great. The staff is also great and actually care about your mental health. Shoutout to Reagan, Zyan, Dani, Mara, Talia, Bree, Sam, Shelby, Caroline, Kim, Amber, Deidre, Erin and the sound bath/somatic breathing ladies (sorry if I forgot anyone). I appreciate the level of expertise and effort that went into my recovery. If someone you know needs help, don’t send them anywhere other than here. Thank you everyone at the Trails!

I arrived during one of the hardest periods of my life, after struggling with the same issue for over a decade, and the therapy, daily sessions, and constant support helped me heal in ways I didn’t think were possible.
