I decided to go to The Trails last March after a combination of seasonal depression and burnout had me in a tough spot, and it was what I needed and more. By the end of the month, I finally felt like myself again, and I made a lot more personal growth than I had honestly expected to make. This place absolutely changed my life. From the caring staff, to the amazing food, everything about this place is incredible. Being surrounded by beautiful nature truly heals the soul. I feel absolutely blessed to have spent time here and highly recommend to anyone struggling.

I just graduated their program and it got me my life back. There's room for improvement at this facility, but still I would recommend to anyone seeking a higher level of care. I had a great experience and it changed my life.

this place has saved me twice! the staff is absolutely accommodating to any need, and the small group size makes everything personal. the house is gorgeous and food is amazing. would 100% recommend for anyone with mental health and/or addiction issues.
