My accounts have always been up to date and there are no tricks to overdraw my account, and the member services are fantastic. They work quickly and always keep me up to date on any questions I have. Their representative Jocie worked very hard just yesterday answering questions I had about an unexpected charge, and she deserves a raise and a promotion for how effective and considerate she was.
I am always treated with the utmost courtesy & politeness. One my most pleasant experiences. Great staff!
Hours are horrible.
Hours need changed. How can the working class ever get there on time by 4:30? I certainly can’t and it’s a huge inconvenience. I can’t be the only one who thinks this place should close later then 5:00.
