Very satisfied! Initially there was some miscommunication regarding the bonus water park passes, but Doug, the owner came through for me. He was very accommodating and professional, and went above and beyond. Excellent customer service!
Be extremely cautious when using this website! Both Universal and Disney (Orlando) are issuing non-expiring park ticket credits for people who couldn't use all the days on their tickets due to Hurricane Irma. However, neither were able to issuing us the credits since I didn't purchase the tickets directly from them and asked me to contact where I purchased the tickets, The Official Ticket Center. I would like to say I had a good experience here however I can't - it was an excellent experience the team were brilliant and Doug was a true gent assisting me to sort out acquiring tickets that he doesn't really stock. The team were easy to talk too and there was no pushy sales - just true honest individuals who want you to have an excellent experience both booking and using the tickets.
