Extremely overpriced for a largely undesirable part of town. Look elsewhere
Don’t be fooled by the building’s shiny renovation— it’s far from family-friendly, and the owners are shockingly unreliable. My wife and I signed a lease for our family of five and merely asked for the final lead-inspection report; that simple request was all it took for the landlord to tear up our agreement and hand the apartment to another applicant.
This Sunday morning Frontdesk very unprofessional and rude,he probably nice for the residents but when you come to messenger the way he treated me was very unprofessional,I said "HI how are and have a delivery to..." he just directed me with his head to elevator with unfriendly face,he need to learn manners
