We came to the Shore for my son's wedding and my side of the family stayed at the Ocean Plaza Hotel. What a pleasure it was! The rooms were so comfortable (best showers!), and we were able to enjoy each other's company over breakfast on the balcony with the view of the ocean and a lovely morning breeze to start our day, then mingle in the lobby and on the porch. Well-maintained and quiet hotel with an amazing location. This feels more like a B&B than a hotel. The staff was very nice and breakfast on the wraparound porch was tasty.
Lovely accomodations in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff that goes the extra mile.
It is an easy walk to the beach from the rooms, great view of the beach from the third floor veranda, delicious spread of breakfast items, comfy beds with memory foam toppers, close to all other major events on the beach or in the church-like concert auditorium. I was once a housekeeper and approve of how clean everything was. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed this stay and will be back next time I visit NJ. I am adding photos from 2025 in case they help.
