This is an edit to my original review. For some reason the comments disappeared and the rating for service did not reflect what we had. We were running late to Victor having come from Womadelaide Saturday night and having a triathlon early Sunday morning. We were contacted by the motel to make sure that everything was ok and we were still arriving (luckily we were less than 10 minutes away) but there was no unpleasantness about the fact that we hadn’t warned them we would be late. I would strongly advise against staying at this property. I booked a 4-night stay over Easter based on the online photos, which showed a clean and well-maintained motel. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. On arrival, there were no staff present, and we had to access the room ourselves. The condition of the room was unacceptable. It was clearly not cleaned properly and had multiple maintenance issues. There was visible dirt throughout, pet hair between the beds, and a strong urine smell in the room. The frid... read more

Stayed at this Motel recently it was terrible very dirty,holes in screen doors,pool was empty, we had fish and chips from the cafe could not eat it,we didn’t want to stay we had no choice it was the only accommodation we could find, we complained to the manager he changed our room twice but it was no better,it was very overpriced we would like to get a refund,it was the worse Motel we ever stayed at.

What a great place.... The room was very clean comfortable and quiet. The on site cafe does amazing food which the lovely staff brought out to our room. Not to the mention the bali style pool area which was one of a kind. Highly recommend this place as the best value in victor harbor for the price. We will be back.
