We had a terrible experience with this building. The staff here are extremely unprofessional. While we were moving out some furniture, they constantly created difficulties with access, many times, they even blocked the elevators on purpose so we couldn’t use them. Another big issue is that none of the employees spoke English. They forced us to speak Spanish, and when we tried, they pretended not to understand, made rude faces, and mocked us.
