I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at the observatory opticians. Back at the beginning of 2025/end of 24 I had purchased a new pair of glasses at this store, I came in looking for a specific style and they immediately pointed me to a frame from Garrett leight and they were exactly what I was looking for, great! The Observatory Opticians repaired my sunglasses for free after one of the screws went missing and I couldn’t find a replacement. Their staff were friendly, quick, and extremely helpful. I really appreciated the great customer service and willingness to help without charging anything. Highly recommended for anyone needing eyewear repairs or quality service.
