The Observatory Opticians repaired my sunglasses for free after one of the screws went missing and I couldn’t find a replacement. Their staff were friendly, quick, and extremely helpful. I really appreciated the great customer service and willingness to help without charging anything. Highly recommended for anyone needing eyewear repairs or quality service.
