Service and wait staff were friendly and warm. Great location. Unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired - it was subpar. Every dish on our table lacked seasoning and the cook quality was questionable on the meats and fish in particular. It also took an hour and 15 mins for our entree to come out.
Overall, the cost is worth the dinner when you compare the cost of the gondola alone. It’s only about an additional $10-15 to get a 3 course meal vs only the gondola up, and you get access to everything beginning at 4pm even if your reservation isn’t hours later. The experience was great with the staff but food portions and taste are mediocre.
The amount of time we waited to get our main entrèè was crazy! We waited for an hour overall to finally gave us our main course. The crazy part, there was a piece of staples in my daughters ice tea! Luckily my daughter saw it before she finishes the drink. Then, the order they gave us missing dessert. There was 4 of us, only 3 dessert given when we open it in thw car heading to our hotel. Though the servers and receptionist are trully amazing and friendly.
Excellent service and great atmosphere. The food was all delicious with our favorites beeing the crab soup, salmon, and the pana cotta.
