This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I waited over an hour and was never seen by Dr. Prema, even though I arrived on time and was told I’d be seen right away. I had to leave for a time-sensitive commitment, wasting my time and co-pay. The front desk staff was disorganized and unprofessional — they didn’t realize my insurance wasn’t verified until after I’d been waiting, and I overheard them complaining about their own internal delays. I recently visited Bethany, the nurse practitioner, and I was really impressed with her. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, and I felt like she really understood my concerns. I also think this office is a great fit for me. They’re thorough in their exams and make sure I’m getting the best care possible.
I recently had surgery with Dr. Prema and I feel amazing now! I used to have constant pain and leakage before using the restroom. Now that I had the surgery, I feel much much better. I have no complaints and would recommend the surgery to anyone feeling how I used to feel.
From my experience the biote hormonal therapy helped me a lot. All my life I’ve been lacking hormones, and ever since I started the biote I feel amazing. I feel great and would recommend to everyone to come and see Dr Prema, not only is she great at what she does she’s kindhearted.
