Don’t recommend- rude front desk chick, complicated bill payment problems, longer than anticipated wait time (1 1/2 hours), etc etc. Didn’t have a problem at the arcadia location at all, but this one was the worst. Long wait times even when arriving as told 20 mins early still waited 20 mins past appointment time at this point not sure how much long the wait will be. It was a wait but worth it. Doctor seems to really care and staff is great. Hard to find places that actually care.

The secretary at the front desk is the rudest worker I’ve ever met. I work for this company and we would never get away with acting like this. Last visit they wrongly charged me $250 and then when I got the bill it ended up being like $480, and I called my insurance multiple times and was told I will get a refund, which was approved and is currently on the way because all I should’ve paid was a $25 copay. My insurance was getting frustrated with this lady because she wouldn’t admit she was wrong and give the refund, and ever... read more
