I ordered a silk press and it was not pressed . It was more of a blowout , my roots were not silk pressed . I really waited a month before writing this review because I was thinking on the situation but after going to other places I just realized there was an issue . It took almost 5 hours just for a wash and silk press. I get my hair and daughters hair done here by several different stylists. I have been very pleased with the results. My hair is healthy, and my daughters hair is growing strong. I highly recommend them. I have been treated with professionalism. I have been late sometimes. But, they would work with me and let me reschedule my appointments. They took me when I couldn't find anyone available. Also it saved me time and a lot of running to Greensboro for hair care. Thank you!

This place gets two stars from me because my niece loved her hair but I waited a full 48 hours before writing this. This review is for a weekend appointment for my niece at this salon. As a new customer, I was not impressed and will not use them for my own hair. Time management seems to be an issue here. I made an appointment for a Friday at 5:30 pm for my niece to have her hair washed, conditioned and trimmed before taking her home. Simple for an 8-year old post-summer camp.
