I rented the larger suite and the noise from upstairs was insane. I didn’t know there would be someone above us either. I called and even left a request for communication on their website and got nothing back. The outdoor area the promote is shared and NOT private. Our room was unlocked upon arrival. After a few hours in unit it smelled like dog pee in the main living area. I wouldn’t be back.
Well appointed and maintained suites. This is a well designed and managed facility. Comfy beds/linens. Quiet. Parking at your door. Free DIY laundry. No view or fancy landscaping. A bit of luxury inside, economy outside.
We did not realize we stayed during a convention, but even so it was quiet in the rooms. The room was clean with hot water. Plenty of tea and coffee offerings as well. I found value for the money, a long with the unique style of the rooms.
Great check in via text. Room was very clean and modern. Beds and pillows were very comfortable!
Just had a one night stay in ocean shores. Was in search of a pet friendly hotel that was reasonable in price. This is a cute little boutique style hotel with newly redone rooms and I was impressed! Check in was all done online through email, very easy. The room was clean and tidy, with the usual mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker which was all we needed! Close to the beach and shops! Will be our go to next time we're in ocean shores!
