I’ve been here 4, almost 5, years. I am a 48 year old single male. Except for the random, and normal, things that happen to any apartments, or homes, I have had zero problems. I moved in sight unseen, purely off of the internet photos and honestly didn’t even know where Shawnee was. The location is great. In the last 6 months we received a new manager and she is great. Apparently the office hours are altered because there is never anyone in those offices.
All nice photos are management office pics which he is sick or on vacation 90% of the time. No dish washers in any unit pool is always closed. No “clubhouse” or secured access like advertised. Unless you are poor POOR don’t do it more pics to come
