Oh concept property and the oaks @ trolley, where to start? Please never live here if you value your happiness, your clothes, your packages, your money, and your sanity. First of all, our air conditioning was completely broken for almost the entire time we were living there because our maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored. This place is terrible. The maintenance is bad. They let a serious roof leek go for over four years. Now the building stinks. They refuse to fix the air conditioning. When I first moved in and asked them to fix the air conditioning, they brought over a broken window unit that had been abandoned by one of my neighbors. The company that put in the original air conditioning when out of business. Now they would have to do major construction to put in an air conditioning unit that is the right size for the apartment, so they simp... read more
