We came in 2011 to get my family member on the waiting list for an apartment. . Office lady, who claimed on my most recent visit that the building is hers, told us that the only way is to fill out physical form and leave it with her. She said ,we can follow up ,but it takes ten or more years to get the opening. Also, she did not provide us with any physical proof that she placed us on a waiting list.
