This is the most relaxing , entertaining and enjoyable home to live in. I have lived at the Oaks for 21 years and and I have enjoyed everything that I have experienced.. lovely place. The home to experience the Life of Living and a perfect place.

The staff was friendly and informative and made me comfortable right away. I could tell there was pride in their property as the grounds and parking lot are well kept and it seems like communication with their residents was a high priority. Can't wait to move in!
Office is always friendly and helpful. I love the new changes they are making with flooring, kitchen etc. Thank you for always helping when I'm in need....especially with this past Hurricane. I know there were a lot of challenges and you were there every step of the way.
Went to pick up daughter due to power outage and sewer water with poop flooding in parking lot and went in to ask about the status of what was being done regarding the sewage water that's when I was verbally attacked asking who the fu** are you. That's when I said I was there to pick up my daughter. I was told to get the fu** out with my daughter. I have never been so offended and attacked just asking a question regarding the health of the residents and my daughter.
Leak in bathroom , over a year, power bill up over 200 dollars because of the constant hot water leak, ceiling in bathroom crumples and falls down from another water leak problem, same story every time we are putting the work order in, floor by bathtub is constantly hot, stove shocks you when cooking, I'm about to have someone come in a fix it, and I'll take it out of rent.
