My mother has lived there for 8 years now and the floor in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom has seriously degraded over time so much so, that it has become a safety issue. She has notified the front office several times regarding this issue and was told it would be fixed if she moved out. Also the particle board under the kitchen sink is rotten and about to fall through. None of these issues have been addressed for years now. The Oaks of Dunlop Farms is a lovely place to live its located right next door to a shopping complex which makes it's so convenient. Management,staff and maintenance are GREAT knowledgeable and very friendly.All this makes me Happy to say I Love living at the Oaks of Dunlop Farms.
So far so good. I have been with the Oaks for a few months, and they have been very helpful from Day One. Francisca and Tenisha at the office are always available to help and sort out any problems with the apartment. Demond is also great with his maintenance work and explaining how things will be fixed when they need to be. Overall, this has been a great place to stay. It is a peaceful community as well.
Maintenance here is great. Fast response and come quickly to fix any problems. Great place! have had no problems overall.
Lived here for about 5 years. Very well kept landscape. Every morning someone is picking up any trash around the parking lot. Really enjoy the community and cleanliness provided.
