The Oaks are now 98 days past due to return my security deposit. Trying to get it back has been a headache. For anyone looking to move in just know that trying to get your security deposit back is almost impossible. If I could give zero stars I would.
The area and location is a wonderful place to live. I've been renting for nearly Five Years now and I haven't had any violent incidents or criminal activity In my complex at all! Thank You Lord For Keeping Everyone Safe 🙏
Do not try and put an application in here they discriminate against you they don’t return calls over all they are very unprofessional I really feel bad for people who move here and can not because they are discriminated against
Nice apartments, I loved living there but there was so many issues with my apartment (AC/heat never worked the way it should have). Never taken seriously. I lived there from 2020- the end of Aug 2023 I don't know if I would rent from there again. Its effy.
