I wouldn’t recommend leasing from this guy to my worst enemy. He’s a total crook! He leased us a property that supposedly had running water, but come to find out, there has never even been a water meter set! He was informed there was a roof leak that damaged our personal property and he never fixed it. He violated and breached the lease multiple times in multiple ways and then tried to keep the deposit! This guy is a slumlord and sleazebag!
A bit unorganized but other than that friendly and the price was right for out short stay
