Unfortunately I was not happy with the service provided. Dr Manshani was dismissive and answered two phone calls during my initial consultation. I had just moved from another country and although having no medical history on file, he didn't feel the need to take bloods or examinations of any other kind. I needed a specific referral for diagnostics and he referred me to an Allied Health professional that didn't even cater to the needs I was after which was surprising. would have been nice if discussion of fact wasn't taken as a personal attack. giving the benefit of doubt goes a long way for both parties.
I have been attending this practice since I was a child and have always received exemplary care. Now that I have my own kids, I’m happy to say that same high level of care is being given to them too. The practice has been incredibly accommodating for us on a number of occasions, and for that we are so grateful.
