We are genuinely grateful to the entire staff at The Oakes, Carrollton (Assisted Living). They have truly demonstrated a loving community in their services. In our pursuit to find such a community, we searched really hard in identifying what facility would best fit our love one. We were looking for a facility with a dedicated and determined staff. The Oaks social worker, Mary Beth, deserves this 5* review! My mother came for hip replacement rehab two evenings ago, and her first night was “not ideal.” My father met with Mary Beth first thing the next morning, and she handled EVERY issue right away! *Any business can have a problem, but the difference is having people who care enough to make things right!*
