Sarah and Karen are amazing, some of the best work I've had, but when I went in to meet Rob, my whole opinion of this place changed. Absolutely disgusting person, he's rude, inattentive, and made me and my wife uncomfortable with his comments. He also seemed very jittery and his manerisms came off strange. On top of that, my hair has never looked worse. I love the other staff, but Rob has greatly lowered my opinion of this place. Will not be returning.
