Bailey was extremely professional, funny, informative, patient, kind, and handsome! He gave us a tour of the place with such grace and made us feel welcome. I admire leasing consultants who take the time to be the possible future residents or visitors welcome. He answered all of our questions with such knowledge. The only good thing about this apartment was the leasing staff Loyda, she makes sure everything you need gets handled. After moving states, our move in day was greeted walking in the door to our apartment with a dead roach on the ground and a live one in the sink. Immediate red flags but figured it sat empty we will see. The rest of the apartment was not very clean. Dirt in cabinets. Bathroom not very clean. Rodney is the best! He toured me around and got me settled in in less than 4 days! No scams no hidden prices! Even after I moved in he remained friendly and is always asking how to have fun and enjoy our time in the complex. He cares about what he does and enjoys making us feel comfortable where we live.
